Chris was a wonderful man, who showed me nothing but kindness and taught me some of life's basics. He was always the most compassionate person and was plenty willing to teach me the little things. Small and yet no less significant things like taking the time out of the day to teach me about boats (I'll never forget the burgee!); to read treasure island, how to fish and most importantly, crabbing; how to play cricket, how to ride a bike, and playing clocks in the lounge whilst the ladies ate cheesecake! These things that wouldn't have been learnt if it were not for the presence of the marvellous Christopher Cox. He had a great influence on me as a child shaping me to be who I am today, and I couldn't be more grateful. I regret that I am not able to show my thanks to him in person, and deliberate on memories that were once ours, because now, they are just mine.
Thank you Chris and Chris, for filling my life with sunflowers and smiles.
